When are you ready to foster/adopt? Do you have any holidays booked in the next 6 months?

If you are renting, do you have your landlords permission to keep pets? PLEASE NOTE- We will ask you for your landlords written consent prior to your in person home check. To save wasted time for the charity and yourself, please ensure you have this ready before submitting your application

How many people live in your household? Do any of them or regular visitors have allergies?

How many children live in your household? Do they have any behavioural or learning needs? Please provide information and ages.

Do you have any visiting children at the property? If so, please provide their ages and any behavioural/learning needs

What type of property do you live in? Please describe your home and if you rent or own.

Do you have a garden? If so, please describe your garden including any fencing. Please include boundary type and heights.

Do your direct neighbours have dogs or cats? Please provide details

Would you be looking to adopt an indoor only cat or one who can go outside?

Are there currently any pets in your home? Please provide details of any pets

If you have current dogs or cats, are they neutered, microchipped and vaccinations up to date? If not, please state the reason.

Have you had a cat previously? Please provide details

Do you currently or have you ever volunteered at or adopted an animal from any other animal rescues? If yes, please provide details.

Have you ever had to rehome an animal or return the animal back to rescue? If so, please provide details

Do you understand our cats may take some time to settle and could have toilet accidents inside the home?

Our cats must be shut inside the property for the minimum time of 3 weeks, or longer if advised by the charity, do you agree with this?

Are there are behaviours you feel you cannot deal with? Please provide details of any behaviours/issues which would mean you would be unable to keep the cat

We offer rescue back up which means if for any reason you are no longer able to care for the cat, they must come back to the charity. Do you agree?

Is there are particular cat you are interested in? Please provide some information on the type of cat you are looking to add to your family
